Read Nora Ephron's I Feel Bad About My Neck and Other Thoughts on Being a Woman. The chapter on purses made me laugh out loud!! But, I did buy a new purse yesterday--kind of out of the box for me, or maybe not so much...

Buying a headstone is kind of a surreal experience. Wonder how it's going to feel when it's in place?
Tender mercies come in so many ways...and nearly every day.
It's hard to be a teenager, and hard to be the parent of a teenager. That being said, I LOVE my teenagers! They are great kids with awesomeness (is that a word?) all through them.
It's hard to be a missionary, but lots easier to be the parent of a missionary (at least for me). I LOVE my missionary! He's awesome too. (And I love the missionaries/returned missionaries from my extended families too.)
Despite the changeable weather and the difficulty of dressing for said weather, Spring can be a wonderful time of year.
Gideon can't stand Spring because skiing is almost over and sneezing is just beginning.

How weird that I read that book just a month ago, and it didn't come up in our book chat! We always did like similar things. Jimmer is just one more of those.
